Note : If you click on reject the user will be sent a friendship rejection notification, And your "add to friends" link will not be available to the user or receive message from the user. But the user will be able to contact you through any groups you share with the user or comments on your public posts.

Member username is different from user full name or real name.The username is a user id that can't be change by user,it can be your company name or your first name with numbers (John2),To use your real name or full name open edit profile page under personal info to update your detail including your full name.It will help friends and members to search for your profile and business page.Users can only access the business page with the registered username without login to the website. To access user business page without login to the website the user view access should be set to all.
